Time Out & Self-Exclusion Options

Time Out
The Time Out feature allows you to temporarily suspend your account. You can choose a break period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time, access to your account will be restricted.
Unmatched bets will be cancelled and returned to your balance. Matched bets, including BSP bets, will remain active. Once the Time Out period ends, your account will automatically be reactivated.

Self-Exclusion

During the exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible. Any unmatched bets will be cancelled and returned. Matched bets will stand until settled.
How to request Self-Exclusion:

Note: Once your self-exclusion period ends, it will not be lifted automatically. You must submit a formal written request for account reopening, which is subject to internal review and approval.
After Self-Exclusion: What Happens Next?
Choosing to self-exclude is a strong and responsible decision. Once your selected exclusion period begins, your Clear Play Analysis account will be locked, and you won’t be able to log in or place any bets.
While your account is self-excluded, all unmatched bets will be cancelled, and funds returned to your balance. Matched bets, including BSP bets, will remain active. If needed, contact our team to request the release of any available funds.
When your self-exclusion period ends: it will not be automatically lifted. A written request is required if you wish to reopen your account. Our team will review your history and current status before making a decision.
