Dispute Resolution

At Clear Play Analysis, we are committed to delivering a secure, reliable, and fair experience to all users. While we strive for excellence in customer care, we recognise that concerns can arise. If you believe we have not met your expectations, we encourage you to raise the issue with our Customer Support team.

Step 1: Contacting Customer Support

The quickest way to resolve most issues is to reach out to our Customer Services (CS) team. You can do this via:

If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter as a formal complaint.

Step 2: Formal Complaint Handling

Once escalated, our Complaints Team will conduct a thorough investigation. You will receive a response within 10 business days of lodging your complaint. In rare cases where additional time is required, we will keep you informed.

If you remain unsatisfied with the final resolution, you have the right to escalate the dispute to an independent third party.

Australasian Customers

If you're registered in Australia and disagree with the outcome of your complaint, you may lodge a dispute with the Northern Territory Racing and Wagering Commission. Submit a dispute via the official form at: nt.gov.au gambling dispute form.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

Where applicable, ADR services such as IBAS (UK) or eCOGRA (non-UK) may be used. Rulings by ADR bodies are binding on Clear Play Analysis up to AU$15,000. Customers may still pursue legal action independently of ADR outcomes.

If the ADR rules in your favour, our support team will arrange the outlined resolution upon your acceptance. Once fulfilled, the case will be closed.
